MAIN FLOOR The study on the main floor can be used as a fourth bedroom. It has a futon, desk, owner-built credenza and ceiling fan. The adjoining bathroom has a no-step shower, washer, dryer, ironing board and portable shower seat if needed. The hand-built farmhouse table seats 8 comfortably (benches + extensions in the coat closet available to seat 12). The living room is cozy with original hardwoods, a fireplace and smart tv. The staircase to the second floor has a window nook and historic "pocket door" to close off the second floor. The three bedrooms upstairs have original wood floors, ceiling fans and ample closet space. Coffee + kitchen: Keurig single-serve with a starter supply of pods. Coffee pot, french press and water heater also available if you bring supplies. The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking with pots/pans, baking basics, measuring cups, and common starter items like salt/pepper, spices, oil, and condiments—just bring your main groceries. Safety & privacy: Entire home is yours during your stay (no shared spaces). Exterior-only security cameras on front doorbell, back porch, and garage. Smart lock / self check-in. Well-lit entry + motion lights. Quiet neighborhood + responsive host policy. Guest access You’ll have private access to the entire 1st and 2nd floors (4BR/2BA).
