House in quiet area located 1 min from bus C5 (direct Universities 30'), 4 min from tram E. The city center is a 10-minute walk away. Next to Parc Georges Pompidou. The new 12 m² room has a double bed (bedding provided and new mattress), a private bathroom and toilet, wardrobe and desk. Direct access to the garden. A fully equipped independent kitchen allows you to cook and eat. The space Refurbished house, ground floor + 2 levels The bedroom, shower, bathroom and kitchen are located on the ground floor of the house, while the family living space is on the 1st floor. Guests enjoy their independence and tranquility while enjoying the hospitality and proximity of the hosts. Guest access Meals and breakfast not allowed in the room. A terrace with chairs and table is accessible from the bedroom or in the kitchen which has a dedicated space. Guests are not allowed to access the family space. During your stay We are a family of 5 (2 adults and 3 children) and live in this house on the upper levels. Hosting is a pleasure for the whole family but is not our primary activity. We will chat during our informal meetings over a drink if possible :) Other things to note Possibility on request to add a baby bed or adult bed (15 euro extra adult or 10 euro child).
