The space We offer the entire Full House Villa, boasting a total area of nearly 500m2 with an elegant and modern architectural style. The villa is fully furnished and can accommodate up to 18 people (Extra fee applied for a group of over 14 people compared to the standard room rate. Please contact the host if you cannot book for more than 16 people), featuring: - 5 spacious bedrooms, each equipped with a large bed (and additional mattress if needed), along with 6 bathrooms. - Roomy and elegant kitchen and dining areas. - A living room furnished with a high-quality karaoke system for entertainment, along with two HD 55-inch smart TVs with various applications such as YouTube, Netflix, and FPT Play (guests are required to log in with their own accounts). - A billiard room for recreational activities, and a dynamic-styled back yard providing a completely relaxed atmosphere. - Scenic views of Bai Chay Bridge and the giant Sun Wheel from the garage and billiard room. - Access to a salted pool and gym (both paid) in the vicinity, located outside the villa and approximately 900m away. - Conveniently located just 5-10 minutes by taxi from the city center, offering access to attractions such as the library, museum, Ha Long market, the sea road with direct views of the sea and its islets, Poem Mount, and Pillar of Watch. The villa is situated 7 km away from Bai Chay Beach and Sun World Park. Some notes you should know: - Your private living space will be the glass door on the first floor going inside, and all the way to the third floor. In the front yard, we have a warehouse outside the area you rent, using the same gate. Every day we will go into the warehouse to pick up goods 2 to 3 times (generally at around 6 AM and 6 PM), but it will not affect your private space. - Our house uses compressed cotton mattresses on the beds. This is a type of mattress commonly used in Vietnam, so it may be a bit firm for some people. We also use a mattress topper to increase the comfort on the mattresses. - Booking a taxi through the Grab application can be challenging at certain times during the day. Please feel free to reach out to us for assistance in securing a taxi. Guest access You have almost complete independence to use the entire house, from the glass door on the first floor to all the upper floors. Other things to note - I have cameras to monitor the area in front of the house and the backyard to ensure security. - We always have 5 beds ready, but please let us know beforehand if guests require extra mattresses. We can provide a total of 4 extra mattresses. - Our kitchen is fully equipped for guests to prepare their own meals, including an induction cooker, microwave oven, toaster, electric rice cooker, and kettle. - Guests can request us to stock the refrigerator with food and drinks. Please note that in this case, guests are responsible for the cost. - We provide cleaning services only once after your checkout. The rental fee does not cover any cleaning during your stay. However, we do supply plenty of towels, and you are welcome to reuse them by using the washing machine. - Please note that we do not provide pool and gym services. However, there is a salted pool available in the vicinity (900m away) for VND 35,000 per person and a gym in the same area. Guests should inquire in advance for the availability of these services and seek our assistance if needed.
