Nani's Nest

Nani's Nest is a home away from home. Our apartment lies in the middle of the Austrian Alps. It offers you a cosy living area, bedroom with walk-in-closet, bathroom with separate toilet and a balcony. Its superb location in the village of Söll makes it easy for you to enjoy all the amenities the village has to offer >> Splendid restaurants, ski schools, ski & bike rental places, gondola station, hiking trails and ski slopes are all within a walking distance of 5-10 minutes. The space Come on in, lie back on the couch and make yourself at home. From there you can just simply enjoy the direct view on the mountains or start relaxing with a good film on Netflix. The fully equipped kitchen & dining area allows you to eat in or treat yourself in one of the many village restaurants which are all in walking distance. The little balcony is directly accessible from the living area and gives you splendid views on the surrounding mountains. Just so you’re aware – the apartment is close to a main road, so while the balcony has a nice vibe, it’s not completely silent. If you’re looking for total peace and quiet, it might not be the perfect spot - but many guests still enjoy relaxing out there! In the good-sized bedroom you will fall asleep in a comfy king size bed and have ample storage space in the walk-in-closet. It can also be completely blacked out at night with the blinds. The sofa in the living area converts to another bed (1,20m), so there is plenty of comfortable sleeping space. However, as the pull-out sofa is only 1,20m wide we don’t really recommend it to two grown adults. You will also find, should you need one, a washing machine located in the bathroom. The apartment is accessed by going up 1 flight of stairs. Other things to note Baby bed is available upon request. CITY TAX needs to be charged extra which is €2,60 per person/ per night.
