Beautiful villa with pool in L'Eliana just 15 km from Valencia, with all the comforts: 4 bedrooms, kitchen, living room with fireplace, pool, terrace, barbecue, large garden with trampoline and swing. Ideal for families who want to spend a summer in contact with nature and visit Valencia, the beach and its surroundings. The space It is a one-story house, equipped with 4 rooms: -Large master suite with 180 cm bed and private bathroom with hydromassage bathtub -A room with two single beds and a desk. -A room with a double bed (160 cm) -A room / office with a 140 cm sofa-bed -Second full bathroom with bathtub, bidet and sink. -The living-dining room has a large chais-longue sofa, piano, television and fireplace. There are also board games. -The kitchen-office has a fridge, oven with fan, microwave, natural gas stove and sufficient equipment (dishes, kitchenware, coffee maker, toaster, water boiler, etc). -Laundry room with washer and dryer. -The large outdoor garden of 700 m2 is equipped with a covered terrace, a beautiful gazebo, gas barbecue and a large 38 m2 pool. It also has a swing and a trampoline. Guest access It is a quiet neighborhood (Hendaye), well connected to the town of L'Eliana (15 minutes walk or 5 minutes by car) and the city of Valencia (15 km). There is a bus stop 20 minutes walk and metro station 30 minutes walk. We have two adult bikes and two children's bikes available. There are supermarkets nearby (Mercadona, Consum, Lidl and Aldi), in addition to all the necessary services in the town, including a wide variety of good restaurants, pubs and the El Osito Shopping Center. There is plenty of space to park in front of the house (two spaces) or on the main street next to the house. There are no parking problems in this area.
