The house has an area of 115 m2, the living room/kitchen in which you can make your meal is 40 m2. This part of the house is shared. Once you get upstairs, your room is yours and the whole floor is reserved for you. So upstairs there is the bathroom with walk-in shower (and a beautiful view), separate toilet and the 24 m2 bedroom.
