A mid-week cleaning includes beds being made with fresh linens, removal of trash and replacement of liners, exchange of all bath and kitchen linens, and the vacuuming of the unit. Unit towel or linen exchange may also be arranged for a fee. A $75 fine is applicable for units left excessively unclean. There is a $30.00 Resort Fee collected at the time of check-in (one fee per reservation). It includes Wi-Fi, access to the fitness center, business center & DVD library, coffee or tea in the clubhouse, and use of in-room safe. If you plan to bring pets, $125.00 Pet Fee is extra, per pet per week; bringing a pet must be declared in advance for the pet friendly unit to be requested.
