12 m2 guest room for 1-2 persons with access to shared kitchen and bathroom in the centre of Copenhagen. * 5 minutes walk to Central Station / Tivoli * Bed linen and towels * Free coffee & tea * Fast WiFi The space The 12 m2 guest room is located towards a quiet backyard, making it perfect to unwind and sleep during your stay. The room is available for 1-2 adults. Not suitable for children. Our apartment is located on the 3rd floor (4th floor). It's newly renovated and have high ceilings. The building is a "fin de siècle", classic from 1894 with 4 spacious rooms + bathroom and kitchen. The windows can be opened and secured. The bed is 160x200 cm and can be removed (into the wall) if you like space to work during the day. In your room you also have table and two chairs. The backyard is safe and quiet with bikes and greenery. Guest access You have access to a shared bathroom and kitchen. You have free high speed Internet Wi-Fi and Cable TV in your room, and of course we provide you with clean and new bed linen and towels. Early check-in and late check-out can be negotiated. You are welcome to make your own simple breakfast, and we provide you with free coffee/tea. The kitchen comprises dishwasher, water boiler, fridge and stove. The renovated bathroom includes shower, washing machine and dryer. The washing machine and dryer can be used for a small extra charge. During your stay We are ready to help you with any question you may have. If you are interested, we can give advices and recommendations on what to see and do, and where to eat. We speak fluently English, Danish, Norwegian and understand Swedish perfectly. We do also speak some German, French, Italian and Spanish.
