Churchill Condo # 2 in Brownes Addition

This is a cute 2 bedroom basement unit with plenty of natural light. The private entrance is on the side of the building and you have to go down a small flight of stairs. It has off street parking , a small kitchenette, no laundry facilities. Great for quick visits where you will be out and about and eating on the town. Dogs ok with additional fee. Great walk able neighborhood 5 min from downtown and 10 min to the airport. The space 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with 2 twins. The kitchenette includes a sink, small refrigerator with freezer, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. There is no stove. In the summer we install air conditioners. Guest access There is plenty of off street parking next to the old garage on the property. The neighborhood is very walkable and there is a off leash dog park at the end of the street. There is public transportation just 2 blocks from the condo.
