NANO is a ground-floor one-bedroom cozy apartment. It consists of a double bedroom, a living area with dining space (NO stovetop), microwave, sofa bed, Smart TV, bathroom with shower, WiFi, and air conditioning/heat pump. Located between the historic center and Santa Maria Nuova hospital, it’s convenient for all necessities (supermarkets, laundromats, restaurants) and strategically close to key attractions (Arena Campovolo, Reggio Children, Tecnopolo, University). Next to it, a cozy sitting area with a wall-mounted Smart TV and sofa bed. A double bedroom with wardrobe niches and storage for clothes. The bathroom is functional, equipped with a shower, hairdryer, and fresh, fragrant towels. Cleanliness is a priority for us: NANO follows Airbnb’s advanced 5-step cleaning process, sanitizing all surfaces and using protective equipment. We also complete the disinfection with an ozone generator. We provide extra cleaning products to ensure a flawless stay. Guest access The apartment has a private entrance with two steps at the door, and the only shared space is the courtyard. It has two entrances on parallel streets: - one with ample parking available (blue lines) and NOT in a restricted traffic zone - the other in a restricted traffic zone, one-way, and at the gates of the historic center. Just a few steps away, you’ll find an express supermarket open until 8:00 PM, the historic San Pietro Cloisters and the excellent Ligabue pastry shop. Other things to note During check-in, guests will be required to provide their identification documents to complete the mandatory legal procedures. Starting from February 1, 2022, the Municipality of Reggio Emilia has introduced a tourist tax for those staying in accommodations within its territory. The tax amounts to €1 per night per person and is payable at check-in, with a non-fiscal receipt provided upon collection. The tax is applicable for a maximum of 5 consecutive nights.
