Your backyard is the ever changing Tootgarook Wetlands. A beautiful, relaxing, yet contemporary open plan home awaits you. 3 bedrooms are tastefully styled with comfortable beds, quality linen & ample storage. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan. The kitchen is very well equipped. The space Indoors, a gas log fire is perfect for those cooler days, along with reverse cycle air conditioning. Enjoy free wifi, smart TV, Bose radio and Bluetooth Sound system. For dining indoors, a large table with 6 comfortable wicker chairs for long leisurely meal times. In the kitchen you have a gas & induction cooktop, combi convection microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee machine & even a family sized air fryer to make holiday cooking quick & easy. For the home chef, the herb & edible garden will inspire you. Leading through the double French doors, your private outdoor entertaining area awaits. Enjoy a BBQ with friends and family, while enjoying the amazing sunsets which frequent the skies. At night the outdoors is transformed into a magical oasis with fairy lights entwined in the vines. Upon approval, 1 small/medium sized family pooch may be allowed with an additional cleaning fee and conditions. Please discuss these with me. Guest access The log cabin is accessed via a locked gate. The pebbled pathway leads you to the verandah and front door. The cabin is on one level without steps making easy access for everyone. Please note: Due to Local Council Bylaws, parking is not permitted on the road or verges adjacent to property, (you risk getting a parking fine!!), however I will provide parking of your vehicle in my driveway adjoining the Log Cabin. Please advise if you have more than one vehicle. This area is shared with me as my apartment is attached to the log cabin. Other things to note Your ‘Home away from home’ is very well equipped to make your stay easy, relaxing and comfortable. You’ll find lots of different spaces to truly relax including a library with books, magazines and games to entertain you during your stay, along with free wifi, Bose Bluetooth sound system and smart TV so you can enjoy your favourite programs. The Mornington Peninsula has so much on offer; ... the extraordinary range of culinary delights to be found here...take a voyage of discovery through our best eateries, wineries, distilleries, cideries and breweries. Explore the ‘Red Hill Markets and local Farmers markets. The Peninsula boasts a tremendous range of natural environments within a few short kilometres making walks and hiking a favourite pastime. The world famous Peninsula Hot springs are a short drive away. You have a choice of beaches, be it for surfing at the back beaches or swimming in the calm waters of the bay. The beautiful Capel Sound foreshore and beach are a close stroll away from home with the very colourful and cute beach boxes. Diving, boating, fishing and water sports are favourite pastimes for visitors, as are trail biking and horse riding. There are also numerous adventure parks to keep you busy.
