LODGING It's built on three floors down to the sea. The entrance leads to the large living room with a large panoramic terrace. On the same floor is the first of the 4 bedrooms of this luxurious villa, with a bedroom and private bathroom. The second floor houses the sleeping area with the other three bedrooms, each with bathroom and access to the terrace, and the laundry room. On the third floor we find the living area with the dining room, the kitchen, a living room and the large terrace. Finally, through a few steps, you access the relaxation area with the pool, the solarium and a bathroom. The interiors are connected by a staircase and a comfortable private elevator. A large table on one of the terraces offers the perfect place to dine outdoors, lulled by the sea breeze with spectacular views. Other things to note INCLUDED: - Daily cleaning – 5 hours a day (excluding the kitchen); - Air conditioning – 12 hours a day (from mid-May to late September); - Free and unattended parking lot (not suitable for minivan) available in front of the villa.
