The space The house is located on one floor with a private and independent entrance. The accommodation has a front veranda furnished with a table and chairs where you can have lunch and dinner (portable barbecue available). The external staircase leads to the sunny area equipped with a table and benches from where you can admire the wonderful sandy beach of Salento and the emerald green sea as well as enjoy romantic sunsets and pleasant evenings. The large living room is equipped with a double sofa bed and LED TV. The kitchen with kitchenette is habitable (microwave oven available in addition to the electric oven). The air-conditioned sleeping area is independent of the living area. It consists of a bathroom (recently renovated) complete with shower, 1 double bedroom and a bedroom with 3 single beds (you can choose to modify it by forming a double bed and a single bed). Camping cot available upon request (free). A side uncovered area, equipped with washing machine corner, sink and outdoor shower. The house does not have a private parking space, but you can park in the street for free. The house is free of moisture and mold and meets the highest standards of cleanliness.
