The space It is a one-story cottage built on 3 levels. Downstairs, two doors lead to the outside. A double-leaf door overlooks the porch adorned with lush vegetation. This is optimal for spending the evening in hot weather as it consists of a table and four chairs. The second door, the main one, overlooks the pine forest and connects the house with a small garden area of grass, ideal for resting in the sun lying in one of the hammocks or having an aperitif at any time of the year. Two wooden tables with chairs and umbrella, a barbecue, a Moorish oven, and an abdominal board are available to guests outside all year round. Inside that floor there is an open kitchen with a bar, a living area with a TV, a closed fireplace and also a small full dining room. We have recently installed a dishwasher. The oven is a small CONVERT type (combined induction and microwave). On the second level there is a small bedroom and a full bathroom with a small shower and upstairs is the master bedroom with pellet stove, a full bathroom with shower and bidet and the wonderful and spacious terrace with awning and views of the Sierra. A door connects this floor with the mountain. There is hot and cold air conditioning on both floors. Guest access Park at the Fuente de San Pedro, at the foot of the small path that leads to the house. In the surroundings there is a playground, gym equipment, municipal swimming pool, fronton court and picnic areas. At the foot of the house, at the Fuente de San Pedro, GR 36 begins. Great location for hikers, and mountain bikers. The patron saint festivities begin the first weekend of August and last a week: festivals, processions, contests, fronton championships...
