Thai Lanna-style two-story detached villa, blending modern and elegant design; 2. Attentive 24-hour housekeeping and butler service ensuring a comfortable stay; 3. Book 7 nights and get free airport pick-up, with optional daily shuttles (extra charge) to the Old City, Nimman Road, and Central Festival; 5. There is a small indoor kitchenette suitable for light cooking, and a shared outdoor kitchen available for full meals and BBQ. Please clean and return all items to their original place after use. A 500 THB cleaning fee will be charged if left uncleaned; 6. Licensed travel agency with over 10 years of experience in Chiang Mai, offering customized tours and car rental services; 7. Continental breakfast available at 119 THB per person (advance booking required). Guest access Inside the villa, guests can use all amenities, including kitchen appliances, a water heater, 1000M/100M high-speed internet, and Netflix TV. Outdoors, guests have access to free parking, the outdoor terrace and yoga platform, a barbecue grill, and the outdoor swimming pool. During your stay If you have any issues during your stay, feel free to contact us at any time. We have a housekeeper and cleaning staff available to provide on-site assistance. Other things to note 1. The outdoor swimming pool, terrace, and yoga platform are shared with two other villas in the same courtyard. 2. The indoor Western-style kitchen is available for cooking, but if you plan to cook complex Chinese or Thai dishes, we recommend using the outdoor shared kitchen. 3. The outdoor shared Thai kitchen allows open-flame cooking. Please handle all kitchen utensils with care and clean up after each meal, or a 500 THB cleaning fee will be charged. 4. No smoking or eating durian indoors, or a 5,000 THB fine will be applied. Please remove your shoes when entering the house. 5. Linen and towel changes, along with full cleaning services, are available every 7 days upon request and must be pre-booked. 6. The swimming pool is open from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Swimming is not allowed outside these hours. Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times in the pool. 7. This is a private residence. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. 8. For stays over 28 days, the rental fee does not include electricity. The electricity charge will be based on meter readings at check-in and check-out, calculated at standard municipal rates. The cleaning and linen service is not included in the rent. 9. For long-term stays over 28 days, electricity is charged based on actual usage, but water is included in the rent. Cleaning services cost 500 THB per session, and linen/towel changes cost 100 THB per session.
