This room opens directly onto the pool. An open-plan living and dining area connects seamlessly to a well-equipped Western kitchenette with fridge, microwave, ceramic stove, and basic cookware. The house has a private entrance and a free parking space in front. 🔹 Second Floor: Three separate ensuite bedrooms. Two rooms feature private balconies with pool views. One inner-facing room overlooks green rice fields—quiet and serene. 🌿 Outdoor Features: A semi-open terrace next to the house is perfect for morning yoga or peaceful relaxation. A Thai-style wooden pavilion in the garden seats 10–12 people, ideal for gatherings or outdoor dining. A large shared Thai outdoor kitchen is also available, perfect for hosting events or group cooking. Guest access 📍 Indoor Access: Private Use of the Entire Villa: Includes 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, living room, dining area, and indoor kitchen. All indoor facilities, furniture, and appliances are for guest-only use and not shared with others. Fully Equipped Kitchen: Guests are free to use the refrigerator, microwave, electric stove, basic cookware, and tableware for light cooking. Air Conditioning & High-Speed Wi-Fi: The entire villa is air-conditioned and equipped with fast Wi-Fi, ideal for comfort and remote work. Cleaning Service (upon request): Housekeeping services are available for an additional fee and require advance notice. 🌿 Outdoor Access: Private Pool & Garden: The pool is for exclusive guest use—perfect for swimming and relaxing.
