150-Year-Old Noto Kominka – Entire Home

Our house is over 100 years old, traditional Japanese style house called machiya. It is located in Nanao city, the center of Noto island. The characteristic point is that there are an earthen floor and a stairwell. In order to experience life in an old private house as it is, the house is hot in summer and cold in winter. Please note that some of the doors and other parts of the house are a bit warped and difficult to close. Enjoy a quaint and cozy atmosphere! The space We have no beds, only futon. Only bedding, towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body soap are provided. Please bring your own toothbrush, nightgowns, etc. You can use Japanese traditional bedding!
