Bedroom and water point/toilet in a very nice duplex located 100 m from the TRAM and 10 min from the city center, 10 min from Hautepierre Hospital and 15 min walk from the Zenith! Our apartment is large, warm and very quiet. It feels good, it's ideal for resting after visits and activities :) Free parking spaces are available around, we are a 5-minute walk from a shopping center, and the neighborhood is very convenient and pleasant.
