Petit Soleil, a light and sunny cottage, privately located on a small quiet park, within walking distance of the forest. For big and small nature lovers and bon vivants. The cottage has central heating, is non-smoking and not for dogs. 1x double bed, 1x single bed and a box bed. No housing workers. The space The cottage and the scrapped overgrown garden are completely private and safe for small children. The cottage is bright and simply furnished with everything you need and no other unnecessary things. A place that you can make your place right away, where you will feel at home. - The beds are made with soft flannel bedding in the colder seasons and with cotton in the summer. The double bed in the master bedroom has a Tempur mattress. In the children's room there is a box bed and mattress and a single bed with a cold foam mattress. The box bed is a 60x120 cm bed. It is made up with flannel in winter and cotton in summer. Spare bedding is in the dresser, because you also want to be able to fix accidents in the middle of the night. There is a high chair, a baby bath, potty, a step for the fountain, a changing mat with a cover and there is children's tableware with cutlery in the kitchen. Games and toys are also available in a very large games and crafts cabinet. There is a stout gnome game that you have never seen before and there are gnome hats for if you want to play that game. There are a balance bike in the shed. For the little ones, there is a sturdy wooden poppe wagon, which can also serve as a walking cart. Did you forget your doll? At doll's studio "Popjevoorjou" you can have a doll made for your child. Maestime max. 2 weeks. Is it plenty of summer and warm? Then there is not only a nice large umbrella in the bicycle shed, but also a bath and a garden hose, with which the bath can be filled with lukewarm water.. Splashing and playing. And in the evening you can water all the plants with the bath water with a nice watering can! In this cottage you can really unwind. It is completely quiet from September to June outside the school holidays and super sunny weekends. You are a 5-minute walk from the forest. Want to just lie lazy on the couch with your legs up? Then there is also a large drawer with DVDs and videos, which you can watch. Baking yummy cake or an apple pie? There is a mixer and a scale. In that kitchen there are also pepper and salt, some basic herbs, sunflower oil, coffee + filters and tea, sugar. Towels and lated wipes, dish soap and hand soap. The cottage has a centrifuge, which gets a high speed, so that your hand wash will dry quickly afterwards. If you stay a little longer and have a lot of laundry, you can wash it in the owner's washing machine for €5, including Sonnett ecological detergent. Guest access Public transportation stops at train station 't Harde (10 km. from here) or at the bus in Epe (3 km.) So it can be reached with backpack and bike. But it's easier by car. Parking is possible in the middle of the park in the visitors' parking lot. Other things to note Do not cause noise nuisance. This means that if you play music indoors, for example, it should not be heard outside. No smoking inside. Not outside in the garden either. No dogs. No shoes inside, so the rugs for the next guests are also clean.
