Paul's Beach house

You’ll love this house as much as we do. It's close to the beach, and there are sea views from the stunning outdoor deck with ample space for entertaining. Located in calm and quiet Ventnor and only a 5 min drive to all Phillip Island has to offer. Perfect for couples, business travelers, families (with kids) as well as furry friends with a fully fenced back yard to keep them safe. We have games, movies and Apple TV. All linen is supplied and there is a cosy fireplace for the colder months. The space The beauty about our beach house is the top floor open plan living. The kitchen, dining and entertaining are all together with sliding French doors opening out onto an expansive deck area. Downstairs are the bathrooms, laundry and 3 bedrooms. Two rooms contain queen sized beds and the third room contains two bunk beds.
