This tranquil guest house sits privately from the main residence and is just a comfortable 3-block stroll from the vibrant heart of downtown Leavenworth. The cozy yet spacious studio suite features a queen-sized bed, a twin roll-away bed (best suited for a child), and a welcoming conversation area. Whether you choose to dine out at nearby restaurants or cook a simple meal in, the functional kitchen has everything you need: a glass-top electric range, microwave, under-counter fridge and freezer, basic dishes, cookware, toaster, and a small coffee pot with coffee provided. For added convenience, off-street parking is located right near the entrance, making arrivals and departures easy and stress-free. Guest access Please note that the guest suite is situated above a detached garage and requires climbing a full flight of stairs for access. Rest assured, off-street parking is conveniently provided near the entrance. Other things to note On January 24, 2017, the Leavenworth City Council adopted the new Bed and Breakfast Ordinance. This vacation property is legally permitted and licensed with the city of Leavenworth. The permit accommodates up to 3 guests with the third guest being under the age of 6. The owners of this property live on site. Snow, Fire, & Smoke: Leavenworth has seasonal weather which may disrupt travel plans. We are not responsible for natural disasters which might affect your stay such as snow storms, fires, smoke, floods, etc. As such, we do not refund outside of our cancellation policy if you decide to forgo your trip due to such circumstances, unless an official closure notice has been issued and guests are literally unable to come – which is a very rare occurrence. If you are concerned about losing your deposit in this sort of event, we highly recommend purchasing Travel Insurance. Please do not expect us to be your insurance policy. We also encourage folks who may have respiratory issues to not plan your stay during the typical fire/smoke season (generally the month of August has a higher potential for fires in the surrounding area.)
