"Rue Paul Bert" Light and cheerful annex

This is a newly decorated, spacious, clean, modern room with its own private entrance through patio doors. A luxurious double bed, wall mounted smart TV and plenty of drawers and hanging space, coupled with a comfortable sitting area including 2 chairs, tea and coffee making facilities and a mini fridge make this an ideal base for your visit to North Devon. A large en-suite wet room adds to the relaxed and quiet atmosphere of ‘Rue Paul Bert’ which is close to the centre of the village. The space Rue Paul Bert is accessed from the drive via the new for 2022 large decking. There is one step up from the drive to the decking area. There is one up and over step from decking area to your rooms. All the same level in bedroom and bathroom. Rue Paul Bert is a separate annex attached to the main house. You are welcome to share and use the covered decking area which has table and chairs and the garden whilst staying here. Please note that there is no kitchen but do feel free to bring food back with you to eat on the decking or in your room. Guest access Guests have access through private entrance over shared decking area to private bedroom and en suite wet room. Other things to note Rue Paul Bert is accessed through private patio doors on the decking area.
