Rooftop Studio with amazing view at Tinos port

A unique, perfectly located studio (1 double bed) in the town (Chora) of Tinos island! Everything in need can be found literally at the doorsteps! It includes a private terrace with view at the port and the whole Tinos Chora. AC, coffee, and Internet are provided. Very close to the ship dock and the Church. Suitable for couples or two friends! The space One large space with Kitchen and a bathroom. It is at full disposal of the guest including the terrace in front of the house! The terrace and the new pergola offers a unique place to relax and enjoy a drink or a coffee throughout the day while the view of the Tinos port is amazing day and night. The view of the sunset is breathtaking! The studio does not have a TV cause it does not need one... Guest access In order to access the rooftop apartment, the guest should use the elevator to the 3rd floor and then climb up the stairs to the terrace (you may see the stairs in the photos). Parking for the car you can find in the old port (50m from building front door – the parking is prohibited for a short period in summer so please pay attention to the signs) or at the small streets around the building. Other things to note After booking confirmation you will receive a link with information including detailed arrival instructions, useful information about your stay as well as recommendations. Please read it carefully for your convenience. The house is equipped with separate repeater for internet access and the code can be found in a frame at the back of the entrance door. Internet is capable to support work from home needs! Inside you will also find hard copy instructions for everything (e.g. hot water). Υou can find a small rope as a hanger at the balcony for your clothes and bath suits. It is equipped with A/C for cooling and heating. In order to use the A/C the doors and the windows should be closed. Water in Tinos island is scarce and it is very important to use it wisely (stored in private tanks).
