Ideal for groups of friends or families. You'll be staying in one of the most beautiful villages in the Sierra Nevada: Monachil, with areas of great natural value and stunning landscapes. Located just 8 kilometers from the city of Granada, the property is on the main road right at the entrance to the village. The house is fully equipped and beautifully decorated in the style of a typical Andalusian country house, with wooden furniture and exposed beams. Most importantly, all the comforts, sofas, and beds are in perfect condition so you can relax after a busy day of sightseeing. The house is spread over two floors, with a lovely patio overlooking the mountains. There's a swimming pool and an outdoor kitchen, allowing you to make the most of your vacation! Inside, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living room with sofas and a fireplace. There are five bedrooms: two with double beds and three with two single beds each, all comfortable and tastefully decorated. There are a total of four bathrooms: three are en-suite, and one is in the hallway. You'll find towels, linens, shower gel, shampoo, and a welcome pack so you won't have to worry about a thing upon arrival. Parking: There is space to park up to 3 cars. Parking is included in the booking price. Tourist Information: We know Granada and the surrounding Sierra Nevada area perfectly and want to share the best information we can with you. We will be available by phone from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM for any questions or emergencies you may have during your stay. We speak English and Spanish! The house is only 8 kilometers from Granada, so you can easily explore the Nasrid city and its attractions. Registration is required for all travelers over 14 years of age. The owner is obligated to provide this information to the police. Organic Law 4/2015 Check-in time is from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Check-in outside these hours will incur an additional charge: €20 from 9:00 PM to midnight, and €60 after midnight. Check-out time is before 11:00 AM. Smoking is not allowed. Pets are not allowed. Parties and loud noises are not permitted after 10:00 PM. The police will be called, and guests will be asked to leave the house. Please clean the kitchen utensils and leave the house tidy. For emergencies, we have a fully equipped first-aid kit in the house. Please remember to turn off all lights and air conditioners before leaving. Guest access The house is entirely for rent, therefore you will have access to all common areas, living room, kitchen, bathrooms, swimming pool and garden.
