Perfect for sharing families, couples and groups of trail bike riders or others. Directly across from bike shuttle. Renovated 1920s home on small orchard 3 minute walk to St Helen's township to restaurants, cafes, and shopping... Family friendly, safe and very quiet the property has large garden with pool (December to February and subject to availability due to any maintenance) . Large back sheltered deck for barbeques.....and is warmed by wood fires and electric blankets in winter. The space 4 super comfy queen size beds with family rooms and single beds. Renovated kitchen, built in pool (not available between March and November) Just a short 2 minute walk to St Helen's township. Guest access Full access to private home and grounds with as many beds or full bedrooms as required for booking (other bedrooms will be locked if not needed or guests not booked). Other things to note The swimming pool is currently in use between December to the end of February. At times due to maintenance issues and inability for servicing out of our control, the pool may not be available. There is no additional charge for the pool. I will let you know in advance if the pool will be unavailable for any reason. Nightly room rate is for 2 adults, extra guests at $35 per person. Registration Details DA 021-2019
