The outbuilding is completely built of Lecce stone with the ceiling of garbage beams, the house is surrounded by the tranquility of our property: a park of over 13,000 square meters of centuries-old olive trees. For house guests, there is the beautiful patio available to possibly eat and relax outdoors and enjoy the sun loungers and hammock in the lawn in front. Surrounded by trees, the accommodation we offer our guests consists of a single large environment of 35 square meters with a functional kitchenette,plus an independent bathroom with shower. If you want, there is also an outdoor shower available in the rock. The bed is double but on the occasion you can add an extra bed or a toddler bed. The house is tastefully decorated, there is a large desk, two comfortable armchairs,a wireless connection, ample parking and (URL HIDDEN) house is equipped with air conditioning. Just 500 meters from the house passes the bus that in just 7/8 minutes arrives in the historic center of Lecce. Two kilometers from the house is the small and cozy village of Arnesano where guests will find all the necessary services (supermarket, trattorias, pharmacy, ATM, bar).
