Our old family home is in a quiet and secluded location in the historic center of Montepulciano. It has a beautiful and large habitable terrace overlooking the Valdichiana. Its central location allows you to walk to Piazza Grande, the Pulcinella Tower, the Medici Fortress and the San Biagio Rectory. Nearby you will find a wide selection of businesses and restaurants where you can enjoy delicious Tuscan cuisine. The space The house is close to the ancient Porta Farina, one of the gateways to the town and close to free and paid parking areas and the bus stop. It has a strategic position equidistant from Piazza Grande (at the top of the town) and from Porta al Prato (main entrance to the town). The distance is ten minutes walk. There are green areas in the town: the gardens of the Fortress and the Poggiofanti gardens with areas equipped for children. If you decide to stay at home, from the terrace you can enjoy spectacular sunsets over the surrounding vineyards and olive groves. On clear days you can see 3 lakes: Trasimeno, Montepulciano and Chiusi. Guest access Guests have access to large interior spaces with original antique furniture.
