Located on the border between forest and vineyards, our cottage offers you serenity and tranquility, for sports enthusiasts or experienced skiers, many courses are at your disposal throughout the year, it would also be suitable for people with a preference for the city being located 10 minutes from the heart of Beaune, 30 minutes from Dijon and 1.5 hours from Lyon. The space Our 70 m2 accommodation can accommodate up to 6 people. Upon arrival, you will find a large 80 m2 private terrace for guests with an unobstructed view of the vineyards as well as the city of Beaune. It has an equipped kitchen open to the dining room - living room. Two air-conditioned bedrooms are available, one with a large double bed of 180 cm (possibility to transform it into two single beds on request) and the other with a double bed of 160 cm. Between the two bedrooms is an extra bed with a very comfortable 140 cm BZ bed. In addition, a travel cot can be made available to our guests if necessary. A bathroom with toilet is located near the sleeping area. An indoor parking lot can accommodate up to two cars with a closed gate. Parking is also available in an outdoor parking lot in front of the entrance. Guest access you have access to 70 m2 of accommodation and 80 m2 of terrace with indoor parking.
