Unique Private Space in Parker, Colorado

My place is close to Several major highways, unique downtown Parker, Light Rail and other public transportation.. You’ll love my place because of the outdoors space, the location, the ambiance...It's a great space outside, but only 30 minutes from Downtown Denver!. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. I am very laid back and very easy going. My house is also right next to the Cherry Creek Trail, which is a wide paved trail that goes all the way downtown. The space This a great space with a private living room and big screen TV with a semi-private bathroom. Guest access You have your own quaint living area attached to the bedroom. Of course the rest of the common areas are available to share (i.e. Kitchen, yard etc...) During your stay I am available as much or as little as you need. Other things to note My dog and cat are very friendly and very personable......
