The space Resting at the glen of two knolls in Silver Lake, our dwelling offers three levels of independent Studio Apartment Suites. Each floor is its own private studio apartment, holds a unique essence, and is appointed with queen-sized beds, contemporary kitchenettes, and distinctive bathrooms. The intimate and welcoming garden courtyard allows all guests to unwind by a delightful water fountain, underneath a canopy of trees. The rooftop terrace can also be enjoyed by all guests and provides striking views of SoCal morning sunrises and afternoon sunsets. Getaway in ONE of our premium studio apartment suites that can accommodate up to two guests. Studio Apartment Suite 1, on Floor 1 is 300sq.ft/28m2 Studio Apartment Suite 2, on Floor 2 Suite is 300sq.ft/28m2 Studio Apartment Suite 3, on Floor 3 suite is 255sq.ft/24m2. Upon booking, let us know which suite you would like through messaging. The listing price is for one Studio Apartment Suite, regardless of the floor you select. We will do our best to accommodate your selected apartment. Our Studio Apartment Suites do not contain television sets, so if you choose to stay with us, bring along your favorite book, or play one of the many board games available to all guests. Also note that we are on a main thoroughfare of the city. If you are a light sleeper, bring your earplugs :-) Guest access Unique codes are provided at the beginning of your stay that will give you keyless access to the property grounds, the building, and your individual suite. Many locals walk or bike to get around. Uber & Lyft are also common. If you have a car, street parking is readily available in front of the property. The safety of our guests and neighbors is one of our highest priorities; as such, we're both fully vaccinated and continue to practice safety precautions -following Airbnb's enhanced cleaning protocols.
