Westwood is located on 20 acres in the middle of a cedar grove in rural Miami County. Completely updated furnishings with large common areas. Outdoor areas for wildlife observation and yard games. Ideal for larger groups with the capacity to sleep 10 individuals in beds. There are 3 bedrooms that are private. The 4th sleeping area is open to the family room in the basement and has two double beds in it. No pets allowed. The space Westwood is a cozy house that will comfortably sleep 10 people it has three levels. The main floor has the living room, kitchen, dining area, master bedroom, bathroom and laundry room. The upstairs has two more bedrooms and another bathroom. The basement has the family room and another area with two full sized beds and another full bathroom. Other things to note Westwood is a great place to relax and get away from it all. The house is in a secluded rural area and is surrounded by trees. It is a great place to enjoy the outdoors and observe the wildlife. You will see turkey and deer walking through the yard. The nearest town is six miles away and the closest neighbor about a quarter of a mile from you. We love the beauty and seclusion of this location but realize that everyone may not. So if you are someone who doesn't want to be a few miles from civilization and can't be without wi-fi then this is not the place for you.
