The space We request guest to thoroughly read the description of property before booking. Furnished and air-conditioned with basic needs at home. It is equipped with WI-Fi. Sleeping: Double sized bed with pillows and blanket. Living Area: Smart TV with Netflix, You tube and other installed applications. Kitchen: Is provided with fridge, rice cooker m, basic dinning utensils and electric kettle Toilet: Equipped with lavatory, bathroom, shower, bidet, bath towel and body wash are provided. Guest access * Self Check In Guests are required to leave their IDs at guard port and get keys at assigned mailbox number. * Duration of Stay Check-in time is at 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm Check-out time is on or before 10.00 am Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and will incur fees. * Parking of vehicles Hourly rate parking area is available beside condo building at P 10.00 for car and P 5.00 for motorbike. Please provide your vehicle plate number upon booking for reservation. *Use of swim pool and gym is complimentary. Wear proper attire in using these facilities. Pool and Gym are open on Sundays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. Other things to note Guests should bring food and drinking water. Observe noise curfew at 10 pm. Additional fees will be charged for damages to property, stains and altering Netflix account.
