Private Bedroom, NYC & Westchester

Enjoy your stay at my comfortable spacious three story Colonial house with central air throughout. The bedroom is suited for solo and business travelers. The house features a modern kitchen, formal dining room, & half bath on the 1st floor. A modern bathroom, refrigerator, Queen size bed, dresser, closet, and a little sun-room right in your bedroom all on the 2nd Fl. This is a safe quiet residential area with easy street parking. The space The house is near lots of stores, Cross County Mall, Empire Casino, and the Waterfront, as well as dining, movies, and entertainment at Ridge Hill. There are also bars and clubs to attend for nightlife. Transportation to the City/Manhattan (42nd Times Square) via express bus, as well as the #4 bus for a free transfer to MTA subways, (#4, D, or 1 train) 45 minute total commute, 25 minutes by car, and 30 minutes by Metro-North train. Guest access Kitchen, their shared bathroom, 1/2 bath on 1st floor, formal dining, and front porch. During your stay Interaction is pretty very much up to you. Though I'm pretty busy, I am a social and out going person and enjoy finding out about my guest(s) and hearing about their adventures here in NYC as well as other places. On the other hand, guests are often busy and/or tired and desire privacy, which I can respect. I live and work here in NYC, so I am always available to answer questions or concerns, so do not hesitate to ask. Other things to note I prefer that my guest(s) do not smoke in the house, though they are free to smoke outside of the house.
