This renovated comfortable spacious old Arab house , has a large living room and dinning area (with the traditionally old high ceiling and thick walls), separate sitting area, kosher kitchen with all appliances. As to the bedrooms; downstairs there is a large separate master bdrm and bathroom; and another large room with twin beds with a private bathroom; upstairs there are 3 single bdrms with 2 bathrooms. The house is surrounded by a beautiful private garden with fruit trees, a fish pond, BBQ, ping-pong table, a patio with a cushioned sitting area shaded with grape vines and a large table. Guests are invited to enjoy the garden and the fruits from the trees when they are in season. Other things to note The house is large, with multiple sitting areas both inside and in the lovely garden, to accomodate up to 7 people comfortable. The house is not suitable for very young children. PLEASE NOTE: For rentals over a week there will be an additional $70 charge for each extra week to cover a mandatory cleaning. Rentals includes average use of electricty, water and heating gas, cost of usage above this will be calculated and charged at the end of rental period!
