Wooden house 350 m from the lake

House built by carpenter craftsmen in the tradition of Landes houses; Ideally located in a quiet area, 30 meters from the bike path leading to Biscarrosse and 350 meters from the lake, (Caton beach). The space Wooden house built in 2012 equipped with all the comforts. For the decoration, we have sourced objects from maritime navigation. We want the house to stay clean and welcoming. Generally our guests respect this principle. But it is always possible to take a cleaning option on your departure (50 euros). The house can accommodate 4 guests and a baby and does not take any additional guests. We do not allow pets. Guest access Baby equipment: folding bed, high chair, baby bath, changing mat. Other things to note At your disposal upon arrival, linens and towels according to the number of people you indicated during your pre-booking. Please leave the deposit indicated on the site in the form of a check (not debited) upon arrival. It is of course returned at the end of the stay if your stay went smoothly.
