Lovely apartment in the Goutte d'or, very bright and south facing. Three balconies with view on a lively square in the evenings and weekends. Many shops, restaurants, bars and cafés, even vegan. Close to all transport links. The space The flat is a lovely, large and well laid-out 2-room flat of about 34 m2. The building is pleasant, and the neighbourhood is diverse, divided between former occupants and young student flatshares, everything is mostly quiet and always friendly. The front door opens onto all the rooms, the kitchen in the centre, the bedroom on the right, and the living room/office on the left, where the small bathroom is also located. Each of these three rooms opens onto a small, pleasant balcony planted with flowers and offering a panoramic view of a lively square, and of Paris, the Eiffel Tower in the distance, and the Montmartre hillock on the right.
