The studio apartment overlooking the countryside is located on the ground floor of an architect's house with a private entrance and private parking next to the house. We lovingly and elaborately renovated the charming apartment in June 2020 and created an individual space to feel good. Enjoy the proximity to: - Schwabach 3.5 km, about 5 min by car, about 10 min by bus - Nuremberg 12 km, about 25 minutes by car, about 40 minutes by bus/train - Bus stop at the house - Bike path to Schwabach The space The renovated apartment has a new kitchenette with 2 hobs, refrigerator incl. freezer compartment, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, etc. The spacious bathroom is equipped with a high-quality glass shower, toilet and washbasin. The inviting living and sleeping area is tastefully and cleverly furnished with a double bed (1.40 m x 2.00 m), a sofa bed and a spacious dining and working area. There is also a flat screen TV and a wardrobe (1.00 x 2.00 m). In front of the apartment is a small terrace with seating. Guest access Guests can park in the fenced parking lot next to the house. Please do not park in front of the apartment or the garages! Other things to note Please always register pets and observe the house rules, otherwise additional cleaning costs will be incurred. Please do not put dogs on the sofa and bed!
