A large spacious room with a warm and inviting atmosphere. Access to the balcony/deck overlooking the live oaks that inspired our name, a private bath, TV, a desk, free wifi...you won't want to jump up and leave this room! Fridge access in the main kitchen. Luxurious, and with all the amenities. No one complains about this room!! Keep in mind that it is upstairs. You may use our fridge for a few cold items you may have brought along, washer & dryer (please ask for help with the settings), a common area with dining, couches, and a fireplace. And during summer months, the pool is available. If available, one of us will meet you when you arrive, at which time you will be given a key. If we're away, we often make arrangements to give you access to your key. We love our coffee...and enjoy a good cup or two every morning. Just let us know if you'd like some too! :-) We feel safe and love our location, especially all the trees...thus the name Live Oaks Bed & Breakfast. You feel like you're in the country, but shopping & restaurants are very close by.
