The cottage has a nice living room with open kitchen, small but complete bathroom and bedroom with double bed and closet space on the ground floor. Small covered patio with seating, adjacent to the courtyard of a small hotel. Floor accessible via a staircase, where there is storage space for suitcases and possibly groceries. The kitchen does not have a dishwasher, but there is a dish rack and dishwashing brush. The bedroom has a double bed with one large mattress. The bed is made with 2 separate duvets. The small bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink. There is also a small covered patio with a small seat. This is adjacent to the courtyard of a small hotel, it is possible that you will meet other guests there. In principle, you do not have to use the staircase to the floor. The bedroom is located on the ground floor. Upstairs is space for storage of any bags or suitcases. In the ridge there is sufficient standing height, but the dormer window is low, about 160 cm! Guest access We can be reached easily by public transport, just in front of the door, bus 20 stops from Leiden (Groot Hoogwaak stop). At Vuurtorenplein, bus 90 stops from The Hague and bus 385 from Schiphol Airport. From Vuurtorenplein, you can reach us in 5 minutes. If you come by car, it is best to park at the Wantveld, at the payment machine you can buy a day ticket for 15 Euro. We have a voucher available; you can then park for €10.00 per day. We would like to know if you want to take advantage of this. Other things to note Please note that the parking pressure on summer days is very high, we advise you to arrive before 10.30 a.m. or after 5 p.m. You can always drop off any important luggage with us earlier. We will try to get the cottage ready for you as soon as possible. The tourist tax of €2.50 per person per night can be paid on site.
