Come spend some time in our community-minded housing collective. We offer low-frills accommodations for the traveler on a budget. We're close by to Eastman School of Music, George Eastman House, and the Rochester Public Market. We'll do our best to accommodate you, but please keep in mind the low-cost, low-frills nature of this listing. =) We also offer free wifi, laundry facilities, and all the on-street parking you can handle (with no alternate-side or other restrictions). If you'd prefer to park off-street, we can make a space available for $5/night. Bicycles are available at a rate of $5/day or $15/week. Rochester is a highly-bikeable city and has some very scenic trails. The buses here even have a special rack for transporting bikes from one destination to the next (in case you're in the mood for a hybrid commute). We live directly on a bus line. Other things to note We don't smoke and prefer to host non-smokers. Please do not smoke in the house (cigarettes or otherwise). Please note that there are currently two cats at the house. =) If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to ask!
