The house consists of 4 bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to 7 people. If you are a group of friends or relatives, you can read my other listing where there is a price list for up to 7 people or contact me. The house consists of a ground floor where there is a double bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds (the two rooms are communicating), a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom and a storage room. Outside the living room or kitchen, you will find a small courtyard for exclusive use, which is very useful for barbecues or for hanging out linen. Through an internal staircase in modest stone, you can access the first floor where there is a double bedroom and a bedroom with a single bed, a bathroom and a wonderful terrace where you can sunbathe away from prying eyes. The house is ideal for holidays with friends, families with children, holidays with relatives, etc. Upon arrival, the keys to the rooms will be delivered according to the number of people who have booked, (it is absolutely NOT ALLOWED to book for 5 and show up in greater numbers, I will only give the keys to 3 rooms) while the common areas, kitchen, living room and bathrooms are freely accessible. So guests can use the whole house, which, despite being in the center, is quiet and peaceful, as it is inside a courtyard of exclusive property. In addition, within 100 meters you can find the main services: pharmacy, laundry, bakery, mini market, restaurant, fishmonger, butcher, bar, newsstand, rotisserie, tobacco shop, post office, etc. In addition, Noto can be chosen as a starting point to visit the artistic, landscape and natural beauties of the Val di Noto, a UNESCO heritage site. At the top of an imposing staircase you will find the Cathedral of San Nicolò, the most important Catholic place of worship in the city; a few meters away there is Palazzo Nicolaci di Villadorata with baroque balconies full of imaginative shelves in the shape of cherubs, horses, mermaids, lions and grotesque figures forged by the hands of excellent artisans under the direction of famous architects. Along the way, you can't miss one of its pastry shops: the flavors are unforgettable, and in the evening you can dine in one of the many typical restaurants, pubs, and pizzerias where you can taste the typical wines of the Val di Noto. You can spend the days for excursions to Syracuse, Ragusa, (where you can visit the places of Montalbano) Scicli, the 11 km long Vendicari nature reserve, with 5 bays, the old tuna fishery, a resting oasis for migratory birds, a superb place for bathing and for excellent walks immersed in relaxation, and then in the afternoon, when the sun begins to descend, you can walk along the alleys and watch how the typical stone of the monuments of Noto becomes golden, taste the typical almond cremolata or a tasty pistachio ice cream and above all... breathe NOTO, its essence. If you love the sea, you are spoiled for choice, beaches with free access to fine and golden sand, very suitable for children since the seabed is shallow, even walking a few hundred meters. Rocky coasts for lovers of diving or diving, nature reserves with crystal clear waters, small coves for those who love tranquility, beaches for nudists and naturalists.
