Welcome to Edgewood Retreat. Stylish, private studio apartment on the forest edge in Peninsula Bay, with views to Lake Wanaka. Spacious relaxing living space, kitchenette & dining, separate large mezzanine bedroom with queen-sized bed and modern en-suite. Separate, lockable entrance to apartment, located on a private, quiet cul-de-sac. With own small deck, the outdoor area backs onto a shared sunny courtyard. Walking & biking tracks at the door. 5 minutes drive to stunning Lake Wanaka. The space This modern, stylish studio apartment is connected to our four year old home, with its own, separate entrance. The kitchenette is basic, it includes a kettle, toaster, microwave, rice cooker, mini oven/grill, small refrigerator/freezer, all crockery, coffee plunger, glasses and cutlery. The only sink is the ensuite sink upstairs. The queen sized bed is upstairs in a large mezzanine room with beautiful view to the lake. An extra single bed can be provided on request for a third person in the lounge. We live in the main house and only share the outside courtyard area. Guest access We have a short, steep driveway. Please use it to drop off your guests or luggage then park on the cul-de-sac 50m from the driveway. Other things to note We have a friendly blue Burmese cat named Rico.
