We offer a duplex cottage, two bed rooms at split level , connected by wooden stairs with an interconnected door, two wash rooms and two doors to give a complete privacy to both the bed rooms. Room have balcony , a garden below & mountain view. It is your perfect place to unwind. Located on the hill side , a magnificent view of the snow capped mountain range and the water fall greets from the balcony of the cottage. Duplex Air conditioned cottages are our newly renovated rooms with beautiful artwork and chic interiors high on the comfort factor. Ideal for a family of 4, each level has a king sized bed and LED television set. Each cottage has two bathrooms and a private sit out facing the mountains with comfortable sitting arrangement. All our cottages are comfortable, warm and well furnished, and equipped to the highest standard, heating air-conditioning & ventilation, internet access and an intercom dial telephone. The place is situated in the midst of a cool unpolluted atmosphere. The place is surrounded by imposing mountain ranges with cascading waterfalls during the monsoons and exotic flora and fauna.lt has a numbers of scenic points for sightseeing, ancient temples, buddhist monastries and a number of shepard paths through the dense forest for trekking. Located in a valley of outstanding natural beauty, all the cottages are Just 15 minutes South of Little Lhasa , 10 minutes from waterfall, and five minutes from the local market of Bhagsunag, our cottages provide an ideal base for visiting the many attractions in the area such as; Tsugalkhang Complex (15 minutes) Bhagsunag temple & waterfall (5 minutes) Norbulingka (40 minutes) Tapovan (30 minutes) Naddi (20 minutes) Mcleodganj (10 minutes) Tea Gardens(20 minutes) St. John's Church (15 minutes) Guest access Guests will have access to their private room, our restaurant wifi, garden and the balcony outside the room. ( See pictures). The room is equipped with a heating kettle & mini fridge for light tasks like heating milk, preparing baby food, tea, storage & cooling etc. Guests will also have access to the garden below where they can enjoy beautiful views of the snow capped mountains,city & waterfall. Other things to note Dharamsala has a monsoon-influenced, humid subtropical climate. Summer starts in early April, peaks in early June when temperatures can reach 36 °C (97 °F), and lasts till mid-June. From July to mid-September is the monsoon season. It is advisable to carry light woolens, sturdy walking shoes/trainers & Umbrella/Raincoat during Monsoons. Autumn is mild and lasts from October to the end of November. Autumn temperatures average around 16–17 °C (61–63 °F). Winter starts in December and continues until late February. Snow and sleet are common during the winter in upper Dharamsala. It is advisable to carry heavy woolens, jackets & walking shoes/trainers during winters. House gates are closed at 11.00pm each night for your safety. (speak with hosts if you plan to arrive after these hours). Limited parking space (free) is available on first come basis only. Although, paid parking is available nearby. We do not have any arrangements for the stay of driver. We allow smoking in designated areas only. We have in house kitchen so if you need lunch/dinner(chargeable) you need to share in advance. Breakfast is included in the room price. Please note: Only Buffet or fixed menu breakfast will be served at the designated place from 8:00 - 10:30 AM. No food will be served in the guest room. You will be asked to show a valid ID proof at the time of check-in. (Passport and Indian visa upon arrival for Foreigners.)
