BBQ is now available in the garden. We have a Coleman roadtop grill (with 2 LP gas fuels installed). Additional LP gas fuel is sold at the management office for 1,500 yen (tax included) per bottle. 40 minutes by car from Karuizawa Station. It is a resort property located in Princeland villa, which is popular as a summer resort surrounded by beautiful nature and Mt. Asama at an altitude of 1,100 meters. (For long-term reservations, we can provide more if requested.) Other things to note ※The entrance to the parking lot is uphill and narrow, so please be careful when driving. Also, when you come by car in winter, please be sure to install studless tires or chains. ●We have received some evaluations that insects appear in the facility, but since it is a facility in the forest, we are taking measures, but it is impossible to completely exterminate insects. Please refrain from staying if you are not good at insects. ●Complaints to private lodging facilities from the surrounding area are increasing. Please be quiet after 21:00. Please refrain from talking in a loud voice or listening to music at a high volume even at other times. ●Parties and loud banquets are prohibited. ●No smoking inside the building. ●Fireworks that make noise, such as skyrocket, are prohibited. ●Please help us separate garbage. ●Please help us clean up after the BBQ. ●Open fires are prohibited. ●Pick-up service is not available. ●If you come by car in winter(November to April), please be sure to install snow tires or chains. ●Please note that we may not be able to reply to messages sent at night (18:00 to 9:00 the next day).
