Enjoy your trip Ahlan wa sahlan Dear Guest, Under the Egyptian Tourism Law and for short or long-term real estate rental, a contract is concluded that includes the conditions of residence in the housing unit and proof of the personal identity of the guest upon arrival, and it includes the following: 1• The guest is obliged to attach a copy of the identity card or passport and a notarized marriage certificate (any other type of marriage contract is not allowed) and bring the original papers when receiving the unit. 2 • The husband and wife must be present together at the same time when receiving the housing unit. If the couple cannot receive the housing unit together, the identity card of the subsequent guest must be disclosed when entering the housing unit. 3• Visitors, relatives or friends are not allowed to be inside the housing unit at all, and no one is allowed to enter the housing unit except for the names that were mentioned during the completion of the reservation only and the documentation of the lease contract, as the unit is dedicated and paid to host only two people and any other people are paid in advance. 5. Children accompanying the family under the age of 16 are allowed without any additional payments. 6. Cooking, lighting fires or using charcoal is strictly forbidden inside the housing unit. A microwave is available to heat food and a kettle to prepare hot drinks only. 7. The guest is obligated to end the booking period at 12 noon and any delay not previously agreed upon exposes the guest to pay an amount of 50 US dollars from the value of the total insurance amount offered on the housing unit of 100 US dollars, which is paid in cash upon receipt of the unit. The full amount of the guest's insurance will be refunded immediately after the end of the booking period if the guest does not cause any damage inside the unit or violate the terms of the stay. The guest is also obliged to complete the check-in on the attached date with the specifications of the residential unit 3 in the afternoon. If the guest does not show up on time, the Airbnb management will be notified, and the reservation will be canceled due to the guest's absence on the date and time mentioned when the reservation was made. 8.
