The space The heart of our lovely apartment are the well-furnished and spacious open living areas where you find many cozy spots for relaxing! Guest access You will have the apartment all by yourself! The flat is on the 4th floor and has two levels. On the first level there is a tasteful and fully equipped kitchen (including every home appliance, besides microwave), 1 bedroom and one more room with working space, 1 bathroom with shower, bath tub, toilet, 2 basins, washing machine and dryer. There is also another separate toilet. The heart of the apartment is the spacious living room area with a big TV, hugh couch and two armchairs from where you have access to the balcony. On the second level is a spacious open area with couch and a library. From there you will also have access to the rooftop terrace. Other things to note We are looking forward to guests for a minimum period of four weeks; gladly also 8 weeks. We can talk about extending the stay.
