Cottage by the Lake

Set on 50 acres of farmland, this unique property boasts 2 large lakes with row boats - kayaks and beautiful gardens, abundance of wildlife and a serene and peaceful ambience. Your hosts, Ann & Kevin live in the main house, about 100 metres from the lake-side cottage and are available if needed, or can be very discreet. You have free access to all of the property, with lovely walks and farm animals to interact with. The property is 5 min from Hanging Rock and 15 mins from Kyneton, and Woodend. The space The Cottage is stocked with coffee, tea, bread, butter, milk and toiletries Children may enjoy the chance to ride on or drive the farm tractor and enjoy the “Magic Tree”. Electric vehicle charging = $20. Guest access The total property is available for you to enjoy, including the gardens around the main house Other things to note We are open to weddings but would recommend to have the catering at one of the local wineries
