Spacious beach house with private enclosed garden, ample parking area with private access down to the beach. Well equipped for family life. 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms. TV and Wifi. Plenty of games and books etc for the young ones. Carrick Bay has plenty of opportunities to fish, swim, walk, cycle, sail, canoe, windsurf or paddle board. Or of course just chill with a cold drink and stargaze. Friday check in, 3 night minimum booking in winter months and minimum 7 days from April to November. The space The Great Escape is open plan living upstairs with beautiful views across Carrick Bay. We have 2 designated zones 1 with a large sofa area around the log burner for cosey winter evenings, and another seating area to enjoy the views from the kitchen area. We have a very well equipped kitchen with slimline dishwasher. There is also an extra Wc upstairs. Our home comes with an extra bonus utility room downstairs, handy for BBQs in the garden or drying the dogs off after a wet beach day. We have laminate floors throughout great for the children and dog friendly and easy to clean. The bedrooms are on the ground floor with 2 large family bathrooms. There is plenty of room in the private carpark for at least 3 cars and your boats or canoes. We offer a large outside decking area for Alfresco dining with stunning views at sunset and a fire pit in the garden. Don’t be surprised if you see Deer in the garden in the morning.💕. We hope you live our home as much as we do Guest access All of the property is yours to use Other things to note This place is very rural so transport is essential, the road to the bay is a farmers track so normal vehicles are advised to drive slowly and you will mange perfectly well but I do not advise visiting in a low sports car.
