Room with its own bathroom 30 minutes from Sol

The apartment is very bright and renovated. The room is small (3 meters x 2 meters) and has a double bed and a mini-desk. When leaving the room, there is a bathroom only for guests. It is a working-class neighborhood, very quiet, 20 minutes by metro from the Retiro and 30 minutes by bus from Sol. There is free street parking. 2 cats live with us in the living room and kitchen. They are long-haired (Maine Coon) and although I clean and brush them daily, you will find some hair 🐈🐈 The space A central living room with a kitchenette, from which you can access 3 bedrooms. One of them is the one offered by Airbnb and has a private bathroom, adjacent to the room and accessible when leaving it. The Airbnb room measures 3 meters x 2 meters. The guest bathroom measures 2 meters x 1.20 meters. Guest access The living room and kitchen are shared. In the kitchen, all appliances can be used except those with a red sticker (I prefer that you ask me before using them). In the accommodation you have to take off the shoes that you use on the street right at the entrance of the apartment (I recommend you bring slippers to walk around the house). Eating in the room is forbidden. You have the dining table at your disposal for this. During your stay I would love to be able to help you on your visit to Madrid, if you need anything special. Due to my work, check-in can be done after 4:00 pm and check-out at 11:00 am. Other things to note Pets are not permitted.
