Bright apartment in a great location.

This studio has everything you need for a pleasant stay (new bedding, equipped kitchen, internet, etc.). It is on the 2nd floor of a small building without elevator access located at the foot of the Basilica and close to several shops (grocery stores, bakeries, pharmacies, etc.). You will find a tram stop around the corner and the nearest metro station (Simonis) will take you to the city center in 10 minutes. You can also easily park your car in the neighborhood. The space This pleasant and bright studio has been designed to make your stay as comfortable as possible. It consists of a bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200) (bed linen provided) and storage space for clothes. It then has a small living room with TV (cable and Netflix) and dining area. You will also find a fully equipped kitchen (dishes and utensils, fridge, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, Senseo coffee machine) in which everything you need for cooking is provided (salt, pepper, oil, tea, coffee, sugar, dishwashing liquid, kitchen towels). Finally, it has a beautiful shower room with toilet. The entire studio is private. Guests also have free access to the building's common laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Guest access A tram stop is located around the corner (1-minute walk) and the nearest metro station (Simonis) is a 10-minute walk from the apartment. Street parking is also available (free of charge with a 2-hour parking disc). You will also find free parking with no time limit as well as paid parking, both a 10-minute walk from the apartment. You will also have access to a guide containing complete information relating to mobility in the city, my recommendations and useful addresses as soon as you book to best prepare for your stay. A paper version of this guide is also available inside the studio, which contains additional information about it (wifi, Netflix, etc.), as well as two travel guides to Brussels (one in French and the other in English). Other things to note RULES TO BE OBSERVED The apartment is non-smoking and parties are not allowed. CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT Check-in is done autonomously using codes that will be sent to you on the morning of your arrival. Check-in is possible from 3 p.m. and check-out is at 11 a.m. maximum. A luggage room is available free of charge if you wish to leave your luggage in the building outside these hours. Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. They will also be subject to a fixed fee of €10 per early check-in and/or late check-out, which must be paid in advance via Airbnb. TAXATION 20% of the nightly rate is allocated to the rental of furniture. This distribution does not incur any additional fees for the guest.
