Self-contained & fully equipped, 2kms to airport, 1km to hospital, 4 kms to the Square. and 6kms to Massey University and the Science Centres. Off-Street parking. Free pick-up and return to airport. Can accommodate up to 4 people, 1 Queen bed + 1 single bed upstairs, 1 ottoman single bed in Living Room. By prior arrangement extra bed (1) may be provided. The space Located in sunny mature garden of large trees with tuis, fantails, wax-eyes and many other birds. Guests welcome to use terrace and garden and barbecue. Guest access The Studio is fully equipped as a residence as previously used for full-time accommodation for long term tenants. Guests are welcome to use the garden.
